Last October 18, 2016 Dr. James Rouse a naturopathdoctor shared an unforgettable talk that will literally change your way of thinking.

Before his talk, Healthy Options gave us a fun actives and workouts to keep our body and mind active and thrive. You’ll be choosing between yoga class or spinning class.

I chose spinning class because I am a very active person and I love challenges with fun. Before the class I took Healthy Options Muscle Recovery Supplement to help my muscle to recover after the intense workout and Pro Bar Bolt Energy Chews for some energy booster:-)

Dr. James was the last to enter the room and luckily he chose the bike right next to me which gave me the opportunity to take this perfect shot of him.

After a 55minutes of spinning class I was happy to take an another picture with Dr. James.

after the class, we had a 1 hr break of rest and some cocktails before the talk starts.

Though I left early that time and wasn’t able to finish the talk I admire Dr. James Rouse and I do thank Healthy Options for inviting him over to share his knowledge to us Filipinos.Especially to me, that I have learned so much about how to change my perspective in life and how to be happy everyday just by watching his Youtube channel.

Before I end my blog, I would like to share with you the things I have incorporated in my daily life. I f you are like me who’s always has a busy dayand can’t find time to fit in workouts and relaxation in our daily routine then this is for you. I as type of person who’s in between of likes in intense workouts (like the spinning class) and yet sometimes want to be relaxed as well and a beginner to meditation then lets do Dr. James Rouse technique just fora fewminutes to start promotingself love and care to ourselves.

5 minute of Success or what he calls the “Morning High 5” which you will do every morning to help you transform the quality of your day and to live your life with passion.

  1. 1 minute of visualisation-Just think of what kind of person you want to be or the kind of day that you want to happen

  2. 1 minute of prayer/mantra – Meditation

  3. 1 minute of written gratitude- Writing the things you are grateful for.

  4. 1 minute Mindful Reading- Read a book. “When you know more, You grow more”

  5. 1 minute of HIIT (high Intensity Interval Training)
